Asparagus & Prawn Noodles
Ingredients:
- 100 grms prawns, peeled
- Asparagus (allowed amount)
- 1 bag miracle noodles or the like
- 1 garlic clove crushed (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tsp grated ginger (or 1/2 tsp ground ginger)
- 1 tbsp Braggs liquid aminos
- 1/4 tsp chilli (optional)
- Salt & pepper
Method:
- Prepare Miracle Noodles according to package directions.
- Pre heat a grill plate.
- Pre heat a non stick pan and place the asparagus, braggs, chilli, garlic and ginger and cook for a few minutes. Add a bit more brags if you desire or water to cook the mixture. Place a lid over it to keep the steam in.
- While that is cooking place the prawns on the pre heated grill and season with salt and pepper. Cook once on either side.
- Add the heated miracle noodles to the asparagus and mix through. Add a bit more braggs at this time if you wish but it needs to be quite a dry dish, so ensure there is no excess water in the pan.
- Lastly add the cooked prawns and serve immediately.
